MYOB – Classic Account Right – Invoice Logo not emailing - solution

On my Linked-in, I received a question from a network partner –
“How do you fix, if the invoice logo is not emailing correctly – my logo doesn't appear on invoices when they email?“
Here is the Solution - if the logo doesn't appear on the Invoice (or other templates), for older (classic MYOB versions) it means QuickTime is missing on the PC. It is required with all MYOB templates that require logos to show when they are converted to PDF for emailing. It was on the install disk, but Apple DO NOT SUPPORT the App anymore as it is now a SECURITY RISK!
You are better off to use alternative ways to create the PDF –
1. Install an Account Right Update version that doesn’t use QuickTime – If you are on MYOB support, Register for updates via the software -

2. Use a third-party tool, such as CutePDF Writer or the PDF printer provided with Windows 10, when you want to email a form that has pictures. You save it, then attach to your email.
