Reckon/Quickbooks – How do I add Memorised Reports to the icon bar, and why can’t I remove some icons?

Client called - They asked - How do I add Memorised Reports to my customised Icon Bar (as I had in my previous version)? And why can’t I remove some icons?
Solution is – When you have the Memorised Reports List open, go to the View menu and select Add "Memorised Reports List" to Icon Bar.
In the 2014 version of Accounts Business the 5 default icons have a permanent status. Reminders, Space, Services, Payroll and Credit Cards – in some versions they are deleted but will re-appear – Reckon are looking into it.
