Client - Can you please help me? How do I delete a deposit on a sale that is incorrect? The Help section says to go into undeposited funds register, but doesn’t explain how / where it is.
Answer – To delete a deposit go to Banking > Use Register, select your bank account, search for the deposit and open it, then go to Edit > Delete Deposit (or Ctrl D). This will return the sale to the list of undeposited funds and you can enter the correct deposit again.
